Start from the table top and bring your arm up in a pendulum movement and release almost shoulder high. You should be facing the dealer through the entire delivery.

The dice should be parallel to the back wall…If you are at a fourteen foot table, you might need a short back swing to reach the back wall…. Just a short pendulum swing will do it.
