Stick Right Toss

Face your Target (back wall). Put your left hand on rail for support, feet point towards target. Start the toss from the table top or a few inches above the table top. Bring the arm forward like a softball pitch and release almost at shoulder height. Arm speed should be just enough to get the dice to the target area six to twelve inches from wall.
